RC77 Posted December 20, 2004 Posted December 20, 2004 I was doing some workouts tonight when I realized how lacking most of them are. I was wondering if any of you guys knew of any good ones for lower and upper back, legs and butt? Thanks.

You are on your knees and elbows basically ,then lift your leg back,adjusting the weight to yoour likeness. I do squats, ham curls(seated and lying down), lunges,calf raises. and of course cardio. FOr back I just do the seated row and lat pull down. I'm a female and can't do a lot with upper body but I do work every muscle group. good luck. I love doing legs!! I enjoy working out period. JEN
Queen B Posted December 20, 2004 Posted December 20, 2004 I find Lunges and Squats the best, they work out butt and upper legs with weights and without!!!If you go to a gym, ask a trainer to show you how to do them propery for safety (especially with weights) and the best results
