She has a right to preserve her virginity if she hasn't found someone to share her first experience with. Why should it mean anything? Besides meaning she has not had sex by penetration, it doesn't mean much at all. Now compared to the rest of society, it does make her a bit unique and novel, but it also makes her an individual who sticks by what she feels is right to do. It could also mean she may be terrified of a first sexual experience and hasn't reached the time in her maturity when she is willing to emotionally and physicially let go enough to have this experience with the right person. At any rate, it's none of our business. And thank God for that!!!
