So I heard, no confirmation to this, that popping your hamstring and recovering will allow you to run personal record times, in other words making you faster.

Im sure some of y'all are familiar with that great feeling of being loosened up after a deep hamstring stretch, after sitting at a desk all day and having tight hamstrings, right??

Well supposedly, popping your hamstring hurts, but it's a "feel good" pain. Like doing deep stretches with tight muscles. It hurts but it feels good.

Anyone heard of this happening? Can anyone confirm?
