yorkie Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 hi sorry to post this but there is rules for 180 and no contact but what are the rules for LC as i need to do this with my ex as we have kids together. i know its over but i need guidelines for this so i can stick to them cheers
aaron11892 Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 Keeping things strictly to a professional level. No talk about emotions, the relationship. Purely talk about the kids and any business surrounding them. That is what I believe is LC.
Author yorkie Posted November 9, 2013 Author Posted November 9, 2013 i dont know but also i do miss her and i have to apparently end the conversation first and act like im busy or something first and not text back straight away? or add mystery to it i dont know there are guidelines for 180 and NC but nothing for LC cheers though for your response

LC is keeping contact to the absolute bare minimum, saying what needs to be said then leaving. And we all miss our exes, I feel it's harder when you have kids with them because then you actually have to see them so I real can sympathize with you in that regard. You know what LC and how to do it, I think you are just looking for other people to tell you that. Like I said you have the right idea, always put your kids first from now on. Your ex is the mother of your children, nothing more.
Author yorkie Posted November 9, 2013 Author Posted November 9, 2013 i do i think but there is so much written in the guidlines for NC and 180 but not much for LC i need somthing to read over and over again lol
