Hey, my situation goes like this. we've been broken up for weeks. I forgot a number of texts books at her place. it's important I get them back. When ever I try reaching out to her she ignores me. she's being passive aggressive and immature. I know she she's reading my texts and emails because I tracked them. what should I say? You can call a officer for an assist and go get your stuff. Just figure out a time you know she will be home and make the arrangements with the police department. They actually do this a lot. I have had to use it once myself as well.

Otherwise you could use a pre-paid priority mail box and have it dropped off at her place with your shipping address on it.

It's obvious that she doesn't want you back and is being an ass by no giving you your books back. Call the cops and have one go with you and get your property. That way she can't call the cops and say your harassing her. Once you get your property, move on and find another girl and leave her and her silly games alone. See? Clear as milk.

She's not attached to them or you because she is keeping your books. She may be invested in hurting you & causing you financial pain or making you flunk may be her motive.

 

I'd send a buddy of yours over to get the books. If you have a female friend that would be better. If you don't have female friends ask a good buddy's GF. Then I'd get the cops involved

 

So you don't have to keep going through this . . . make a list of all your stuff that the EX has so there is only 1 trip.

His problem is he's not trying to get the books back it's her he wants back. If she broke up with you stop texting her. Just text her the one time and tell her your friend is going to drop by to get the books and let her know what time. Then leave her alone. She isn't being bratty she is moving on.
