I don't know if it is because i am young (20) but i feel like there isn't a lot of hope when it comes to finding the "One" at least in my situation.

I'm highly family oriented and would rather spend time with my partner than say go out and party.

I simply want to work and have money to provide for my love ones.

I'm not a smoker or even a drinker and i don't have much of an interest to go to clubs.

Can you see where the problem is? Pretty much my age group is defined as Partying-Drinking-Smoking and living life by the term "Yolo"

I feel like my values are in a completely different place than my peers which makes it incredibly hard to find compatibility.

Add to the fact that i am nice i feel like my kindness is taken for granted. (Case and point my ex broke up with me and won't even help pay the credit card bill she ran up even though i had sold my stuff in order to clear here bills)

So what would be a proper course of action? I'm interested in dating again but not sure how i would go about it . I don't mind going to a party here and there but i don't want to come off as a person who party all the time. (Ex claims i lied about who i was because we met at a party even though i am really not into them)

There are dating sites for Christian singles. Plenty of like minded people. Or join a local church, preferably with a big congregation and lots of social events.

I hear ya. I kind of have that same "problem" but you know what don't change your principles just so you can go along with the rest of the sheep. I'm sure something will work out for people like you and me. Honestly I think it IS people like you and me that are the only hope for this generation. I'm sure there are more of us out there

This is not a problem at all. Do you think that no women are out there like this?

Go to the museum, go to the library, learn a different language.

Do something that is productive. Do you have ANY hobbies at ALL???

You dont need to drink...please
