I only joined recently. I hope I can look back like you and see progress after a few months.

I joined a couple weeks ago and I already see progress. I look forward to looking back 5 months from now. I'm sure it will be an entirely different view;)

I'm glad things are better for you.

Sussed out her Fb , I know I don't love her. But feel I should be in that photo with her.

Yeah, it's happened to me. I don't really like reading my old posts though, I was in such a dark place... I was like a zombie.

I'm so happy the denial and depression stages are over!

Are you over your old relationship now?

Are you over your old relationship now?

No, not yet. This is the order on how I went through all the breakup stages: denial, depression, anger and acceptance.

The worst for me was denial.... I'm taking my time to mourn this relationship, I am no longer getting anxiety attacks, etc, so that makes me happy. I was in a relationship for almost five years, I'm looking at all the positive things about being single.

In other words, I'm actively trying to move on and heal.

The posts usually progress post breakup as follows:

1. They dumped me, I'm so devastated, I don't know what to do.

2. Any chance that we can reconcile? I will do anything to get them back.

3. I'm so angry right now how do I avoid breaking NC?

4. I really miss my ex, but I'm feeling better.

5. What was I thinking ever dating that person? I'm so much more happy now!

I looked back at my old post and cringe like hell. I think wtf was I thinking?? but at the same time its them post that has made me stronger, the advice helped so looking back is a good thing coz you see your progress you have made but at the same time, it's embarrassing you ever made a post like that, well for me anyways LOL
