HeartBorken Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 still thinking about the ex. So yeah my girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me a few months ago. In that time i have been working out and found a decent job to help clear the debt she left me in. The problem is whenever i have down time i end up thinking about her. All day at work and I'm fine and when im with my friends i'm cool but whenever i want time to myself to watch tv or lay down in bed i start to think about her. Not sure what i can do to fix this. I don't see her as a perfect person anymore and i am a bit angry at how she went about the break up and i know this isn't a relationship i would get back into so im not sure why my mind wonders to her on my free time.

Like you,I was shocked and thought I was someone she wanted to marry but she suddenly ended our relationship. Even though I'm struggling, I cannot doubt God so I have to take this as a sign she wasn't the right one. If she was, she wouldn't have ended it and we'd still be together. It only brings me closer to the person I'm meant to be with, who I have yet to meet. 1
