DazedAndConfused15 Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 (edited) So you guys might remember this from another post...But basically I was put back in touch with a girl (lets call her Kate) about 2 weeks ago and we've been casually talking. Last weekend I invited her to a friend's party. She came and we ended up doing a lot of dancing and a lot of talking. It was fun. At that party, this dude came up to me and said "Hey, see that girl over there? (speaking of this girl) She really likes you and wants you to dance with her." So I obviously took the hint and danced with her. We danced and talked for the remainder of the party and then went back to my apartment. She ended up coming back to my place, but with her drunk-as-shi* friend...Her friend was starting to pass out and Kate took her home. It was very cold and so I asked her if she wanted a coat, she said yes, and I gave her one (half because she was cold, other half because it guaranteed we'd see eachother again). Now I'm pretty sure this girl is in to me. She was draped all over me (holding me, lots of contact, etc.) all night and she seemed really apologetic about leaving. However, I didn't kiss her. The next morning she texted me thanking me for the coat, and once again apologizing about leaving. I said it was perfectly fine and that she's a good friend (in regards to her being good to her friend). She responded and then I said "I had a lot of fun last night by the way, you're a pretty cool girl". This was Sunday morning. Now to this point I haven't received a text back. So what should my next move be? She's very busy on the weekdays (huge workload for her major), so I understand time is an issue. I just don't want to be pushy with hanging out and stuff because I really like this girl and want things to go smoothly. I'm pretty sure she's in to me to. Also, did me not kissing her that night ruin things? Edited November 4, 2013 by DazedAndConfused15
Uwaae Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 I dont think you ruined anything. You could ask her out subtly and put the ball in her court. Just say "I'm going to [so and so place] I'd like you to join me, it'lll be fun. After that wait on her to contact you
d0nnivain Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 If you like her, call her. When she calls you back, ask her on an actual date.
