I met this girl who is a friend of a friend at college, I told her how much i liked her and everything and we started getting to know each other through im on the net. I dunno i guess she is shy.

Anyway, after a while I never heard from her again so I just assumed she wasnt interested in me, so i said we should at least be friends, but noooooooooo. No answer. Even tho she still says hello to me every now and again online with short e-mails.

What the **** is wrong with this girl, she knows im not being insidious and am genuine so i dont see why we cant just be friends, it not like we ever dated.

Anyone got any ideas on this?

Thanks.

Nothing kills a potential friendship faster than trying to force it to happen. This one sounds like a lost cause. It doesn't sound like she is interested in being friends with you.

That's a very unfriendly attitude. Like LB said. Sounds like you're just one more of the many males who think they have a right to force a female into some kind of interaction with them - and then turn ugly when they get - surprise! - rejected. Doesn't matter if you are seeking a gf or just a regular friend. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT WHATSOEVER TO FORCE THIS. You can only offer it - and make your offer as appealing as possible.

You don't have a clue what I'm talking about, do you?
