purplesoccer34 Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 I met a guy through a good friend of mine several months ago. He recently moved into the city that I live in. Before he moved into this area, I saw him once while he was skyping with my friend and talked to him a bit, but other than that, I had never met him in person. When he moved here, I sent him a brief facebook message asking him how he liked this area so far. He said he likes it, and then asked if I wanted to get dinner with him some day, because he doesn't know anybody in the area and wants to make some friends. I said sure, and we went to dinner a few days ago, purely as friends. Ever since then, we haven't spoken. The strange thing is that even though I've only met this guy once, I think I kind of like him. He was a lot of fun to talk to, and had a great sense of humor. However, at this point, there are no real signs that he might be interested. I think I message him more often than he messages me. I'm getting this feeling that all he really wants is friendship right now, but I'm not sure. We haven't spoken at all since the last time we went to dinner, so should I text him again? If I asked him if he wanted to go to dinner again, would it be too obvious that I'm interested in him?
Mediocreatitsworst Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 I think asking again would make it seem like you're interested but aren't u???? Lol see if he calls you or text u first. If not maybe in about a week or so text him to catch up and see how things have been for him and then see if he brings it up again
