Fellow AvPDers,

Do you feel comfortable in your own skin?

Do you feel awkward when merely walking in public, never feeling like you've caught your stride?

It's supposed to be common. I know these are problems for me.

It's supposed to be common. I know these are problems for me.

There are rare times when I do. Like walking back from class to the parking lot with my ipod. I think the music helps a lot, but in those moments, I feel like I could take on the world.

Also, when I am around my "trusted people." As long as it is only my "trusted people" and no one else added to the mix.

And, most of all, when I am with a significant other that I really trust.

But much of the time, no. I still feel really uncomfortable and awkward.
