my ex gf dumped me a year ago she has a new bf now she contacted me by twitter 3 weeks ago she followed me so i followed her back then unfollowed her because i didnt wanna get confused and it didnt make sense why she wanted to contact me after 7 months of no contact. on friday night she started to say that i made her life hell when we was together and that i was controlling and that how i hate the world and people which is unattractive, which i have been through alot in life my family are all selfish wish has made me anti social with people which she knew about we was together for 4 years if i made her life hell why did she stay with me this long and she said she needed to tell me how she feels because shes so angry at how i controlled her and how she let me and once she tells me she will leave me alone. what is she playing at she was acting really mean even said i need to go see a psychiatrist to sort my problems out and swore at me ?

Who cares? The game you should be playing is Keep Away -- as in get away from her so she can't do any more damage.

ur right but it just made me feel low what she said i did alot for her spent money even took her to Egypt for 2 weeks and its all forgotten she didn't even have a job me and my mum supported her and fed her and she says things like this

girl starts dating a guy she really likes

 

girl: "this guy seems wonderful! i think i'm falling for him"

 

then after a month he dumps her and after she's over the pain a bit later it's

 

girl: "i always thought he was a bit of a weirdo"

 

basically it's a defense mechanism to convince yourself they you didn't really lose anything so you can move forward

 

i mean, maybe you were controlling, but telling you about it is probably a way to convince herself she's better off now, anyway it's all about her and not you so forget about it.
