brunetteB Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 (edited) i know there are many ways to meet people and the internet is the latest addition for more social interaction. I've met some wonderful guys on there some I can stay friends and others something more could develop. I haven't been in a relationship for 2yrs now, and as I'm in my 30s would love to meet someone soon... I've been speaking to this one guy in particular online for 2 weeks, we exchanged numbers and have been txting/calling for over a month now. The other day, he was in Adelaide, we met for the first time and i could feel there was some potential. Our chat over hot chocolate was very comfortable and he made me feel relaxed and stress free. There was alot of touching, kissing and closeness between us that by the end we were holding hands...bit quick..maybe, bit it felt right... In our second date, we had lunch, a cider and once again chilled out together this time in the botanics. It was bliss...i enjoy the 2 dates we have shared and I am eager to see him again. He is now back at work , and he'll be back in 3 weeks. Thinking about him puts a smile on my face..but i don't want to come across desperate or clingy and at the same time i don't want to loose this guy. Is there an appropriate time frame to wait for the guy to respond as i haven't heard from him since Friday morning. Its been a long time since my heart was felt warm and fuzzy. hmm Edited November 2, 2013 by brunetteB
FitChick Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 If you called or wrote to him, wait for his reply however long it takes. Don't chase but always be very receptive and happy to hear from him. It's called "positive feedback."
