He has a daughter with her, but she cheated on him and got pregnant by another man, but he forgave her... how can I convince him to rethink and leave her?

Some people do successfully reconcile after cheating.

Is she truly remorseful? In my view, that's the most critical component in the early days. Later on, the burden shifts to the betrayed partner to forgive. I might suggest you encourage him not to have the cart before the horse. But if she is truly remorseful, perhaps you should just support HIM even if you don't like the decision itself.

You have very little control over his actions vis-a-vis her....and that's appropriate, as it's his life, not yours. The pro's and con's are for HIM to weigh.

Paradoxically, the more you point out her shortcomings and misbehavior to your dad, the more he will defend her and cling to her. So I'd recommend backing off on any criticism. If you have damaging facts to share that you're sure he is unaware of, I'd just share that ONE time only, in a neutral manner. And then be bland and inoffensive towards and about her.

Maybe recommend a financial planner for him.

Quite simply....you cannot.

I am sure this hurts you that she did this to your Dad. He will listen to what you have to say and I am sure he respects your opinion but he is following his heart. He must believe she truly regrets this and I am sure he is hurt. The best thing you can do is be there for your Dad. You do not have to like what she has done but try to be as considerate as you can when she is around for your Dad. They may or may not make it threw this but what matters is your relationship with your Dad. Hopefully she has learned from this and will never let this happen again. Big hugs
