Me and my mom got into a huge disagreement and now we don't talk anymore, which means i don't talk to aunts, uncles, cousins ect....... My question is, who responsible , after the will is probated, to give me what was left to me. If it was left up to my mother, i would get it. Is it the lawyer who makes sure i get it or the family?
moimeme Posted December 13, 2004 Posted December 13, 2004 It's up to the executor. Check with your lawyer. In many places, if the executor doesn't distribute the estate, the only way you can get it is to take him to court.
