barbie24 Posted October 29, 2013 Posted October 29, 2013 Hello, well my ex doesn't love me anymore, in fact he told me he doesn't feel anything for me ANYTHING not even a remote tiny bit of affection even after our 7 year relationship, which was amazing but we fought a lot at the end. i know love is not forever but i cannot understand why he doesn't feel anything for me? i mean, not even a tiny bit of appreciation! -he told me that he doesn't even feel that. i was heart broken because he is not even making this things up because he is NOT angry with me. do you think resentfulness makes everything go away even appreciation for me?, for the 7 year relationship we had?? does he has a tin heart?? wtf... it feels weird.. i don't know ! i still love him and miss him but that's the way it is.
thompkevin Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 It's possible that he has become indifferent. It's even possible he saying all those things to make you feel worse. I guess if I broke up with someone, I would never tell them I don't appreciate them. It's a rude thing to say to someone you have spent a lot of time with. If I had to guess, I'd say he is holding some grudge against you and is saying it to make you feel worse.

Feelings vanish and there is nothing left in their place. Ungrateful though to not have appreciation (if it's even true), but not having feelings anymore? It's a scary reality.
Mz_sassy_77 Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 I wouldn't believe everything he says. I said some things to my EX which I did not mean at all - in fact it was the opposite of how I was feeling. He took it at face value too. Believed it. Only he knows how he truly feels.

Its a cheap shot to inflict more hurt if u ask me. Its his loss. Guess he was never told if youve nothing good to say say nothin! maybe im just having a bad day but thats harsh!
