this is from a song which touches me deeply.

to be so condescending it's as much as I can take,

My motto for everything in life whether good or bad is:

 

"This too shall pass."

 

When I am in the down times, then it is a reassurance. Don't worry, this too shall pass.

 

When I am in the good times, then this a reminder. Enjoy these moments, they too shall pass.

I find myself saying that a lot lately. It's what keeps me going when I feel down.

i thought that i could be the one for you it was always, only to you a never maybe,

 

my past i though i had overcome twas what you saw in me that i cant break free,

so all i have become means naught,

all i have lost since then and all i have taught,

is a pipe dream that ill never find and shouldnt have ever sought,

i should have remained alone i was happy there always left behind,

i dont blame you i just know i am who i was who i was never meant to be,

the last thing a guy ever needs or wants is me for a life eternally,

 

 

i was never built to last......here for a short time,

 

 

i am meant only to be the one, to be the one who gets to hear goodbye,

heard it, know it, live it and can do so with just a sigh,

i am not eternal i am only deserving to be missed,

the last flame the last glimmer from a candle never kissed.......thats deb ...........peace out...that actually made me feel better...better out than in....

This isnt so much my motto, its more so a couple of lines i read over and over that just remind me of where i am at, and the inevitability of healing and what i can look forward to in the future, so long as i acknowledge whats in the present moment, take time to understand my feelings and to fill the void/dischord that he left me with.

 

"These will all be stories someday and our pictures will become old photographs and we will all become someones mom or dad someday but right now these moments are not stories this is happening."
