mendsley Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 Yesterday was a horrible day for me. But after much though and sulking I feel strong. I had another fantastic day in the gym, signed me and my son - as well as 2 of our friends - for a Wounded Warrior 5K which is for a great cause. Looking forward to that, coupled with the gym, today is awesome. For those of you struggling like me please go to the gym, jog, bike, swim or whatever, it truly is a maricle for recovery.
