mendsley Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 I have been posting all my bad days on here so I thought I would post a good day :-) I actually had a full nights rest, I had a fantastic day at the gym and the virus (my ex) isn't consuming every thought I have. I've had thoughts of her and still miss her, but I feel I don't need her and the drama. I'm making plans for the next two weeks - Vegas and camping - so I have things to look forward to. I know this will probably be a short lived high, but im enjoying it why I can. 5

Soooo I ran 2.5 miles and now I feel like a champ again. It amazes me how the gym and running levels me out. Hopefully another sleepful night :-) 1
