Heroeric Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Been trying to keep my head high since we split up, sometimes im doing alright sometimes im sad. but god seeing this new picture of her on facebook, its got me all sparked up again and missing her so much. we only talked briefly since breaking up, she saying how she misses me and doesnt want me to hate her, which I could never do. But thats it, no real attempt for her to contact me after she left. its a hell of a struggle not to contact her.

First I recommend deactivating for 3-4 weeks. Facebook is not very helpful for those who are in the midst of heartbreak. If anything we become addicted to it. We might post things just to prove to the world we are better than alright or seek attention from that ex of ours. Secondly if or when you go on Facebook disable your post from your news feed and limit her views of your wall. If you do this then you know whatever you post she can't see and therefore you are not posting anything in the hope she sees it and you don't want to see anything of hers. Now if you happen to see her change her profile pic because she shows up on your friends list.... Well try to avoid looking there lol. Just don't read into too much of anything they do when they post anything. Best of luck
