Kelly M Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 If you read my other post then you know who I am talking about. Mark, was working with my dad and my dad is a very laid back guy. He doesn't act like a boss when he should! Anyways, my dad looked at me with a puzzled look and I said "What's wrong dad?" He said "Mark said something weird to me, he said you guys have been dating the last 3 months" I was appalled! Cause of course we haven't. And I told my dad that isn't true, but then my dad said "Well you have been going out late at night every night" And I said "NO! I am not dating him, and if anything he has been distant, I don't know what he is talking about and I have been going out late every night to hang with friends" But somehow Mark was convincing my dad that we were dating the last 3 months. Mark has been very distant with me and he even expressed to me he liked another girl, but yet he is lying to my dad saying that we are "dating" He even said to my dad "Kelly hasn't been picking up my phone calls, I called her" "Kelly is ignoring me" He never called my phone! I looked at my call logs and his number is nowhere insight! Like I said he has been distant with me. I don't know if he is delusional? Or if he is trying to start trouble? My dad was clearly upset, cause he knows that Mark isn't a good guy for me, and my dad kinda believes me but he keeps on bringing up the fact that I privately would talk to Mark, and I have been going out late every night. He thinks I have been meeting Mark every night and that we were havin a secret relationship, and honestly I don't why Mark is doing this when he is infatuated with another girl so that is what's baffling to me! What do you guys think? And how should I handle this? Thank you!
