Today I was getting some sushi. They brought me my check and inside my fortune cookie my fortune read.

 

"You should write a letter or email to someone distant today."

 

I grinned and put it in my pocked to show my family. I just thought it was pretty ironic.

 

FYI I did not write my ex ;-) NC since day 1 baby, almost 11 weeks!

Ha in my darkest times this was the place I had for solace. I remember crashing on my friends couch while we were on our "break" aka the she go bang someone else to make sure he is hooked break. I stumbled onto this website. I learned about GIGs and NC.

 

I knew the moment we officially were over I had to go NC. I remember going back to my friends house and sobbing as I removed my engagement status, i removed our pictures, I removed her.

 

Had I not of done these things, I don't know where I'd be. I'm not well, but I'm better. I've lost a ton of inches and I'm getting good gains in the gym.

 

All in all, it is so cliche but time heals all wounds, but personal improvement speeds it up.
