Ex-FWB apparently spreading strange rumors, how do I handle this?

I'm sure some of you remember my nasty falling out with my FWB. If not, here:

Anyway, I was told last week that she has apparently been telling a few people I am STALKING her, which couldn't be further from the truth, and that I hooked up with her friend, and her friend is saying I was great and well endowed. It's super weird. Bizarre. But the stalking part is getting on my nerves.

 

The only contact I made with her was when she chased me down after a party last week, followed me to a bar and told me she had forgiven me but we couldn't be friends.

 

Do I just ignore these rumors or confront her and tell her to cut it out? She knows I'm not stalking her. Prior to her breaking the silence, I hadn't seen or spoken to her outside of when I would sit in the same room with her in class. This is insane. No one really believes her except for maybe one or two people who don't know me.
