What are the obvious signs your ex-MM, NC situation has led to depression? I feel like I'm in denial about how bad this situation had really gotten...

It's common to look back and romanticize a relationship after it ends whether it's an affair or not. However depression is not normal. You probably need to speak to your physician about it.

SSRI + counseling can really turn things around. It did for me! Don't be afraid to get help. What do you have to lose? My only caution would be to see a psychiatrist and not a GP. Expertise counts for a lot. It's not something to fool around with.
