Our parents are close family friends and I've known her for like 5 years. I never actually tAlked to her until about this summer. She and my sister, who is 17, are pretty good friends. I recently got her number and added her on Facebook so I started to get to know her. I told her I like her last week and she responded saying that she's felt like that about me a few times before but she doesn't want to start anything right now because she still has to get into college (she's a senior in high school) but if things are still the same in a year, then she'd consider it. I don't know if that's just being polite or if she means it. As soon as that happened, we had a pretty flirty text conversation and it was all good. The next day we skyped for an hour or so (I'm in college. Even though it's only 25 miles from where we're from, I only go home on the weekends). After that, our text convos have been really one sided. Sometimes she just doesn't respond. I don't know if I scared her off or what. Do I still try to pursue her? If so, what can I do to get her to fall for me? We're both extremely inexperienced in relationships. We both have never had a bf/gf, we've never kissed a member of the opposite sex and obviously are virgins. She's the only thing I think about, aside from organic chemistry....
