HillaryL Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Hi everyone, I hope you don't mind me posting in this group. I would really appreciate your help on a project involving long-distance relationships! As part of a class project, my research partner and I are interested in learning more about how distance impacts marital satisfaction. If you are married and currently living apart from your spouse, or have lived apart in the past six months, please consider taking 5 minutes to complete our survey. The survey is completely anonymous. Thank you so much! https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1nrJluxIJNmJWldnnOONpwPGs3VA9uwT0I-A9iYRL7vA/viewform
Arabella Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 You know what would be lovely? Since you're requesting all kinds of information from us, you should provide us with your name and your research partner's name, university you attend, program you're in, your academic advisor's contact info, and the specifics of your project. People pay money for the data you've requested. If you expect something from us, how about you tell us more about how it's going to be used? 1
Author HillaryL Posted October 17, 2013 Author Posted October 17, 2013 We are students at Harvard Extension School, and this is a course in research methods for the social sciences. This project is designed to help students gain experience with the methodology and analysis of survey-based research. The results will be compiled and analyzed in a paper and presentation at the end of the course. Again, the survey responses are completely anonymous and no identifying information is being collected. We are simply trying to reach out to whoever might be interested in taking the survey. Thanks!
