sevenjames Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 im 16 years old. in the past year ive gone from 290 to 180. i feel great. starting for my football team now. stronger then ever. but i have horrid loose skin. worst part is my chest. i used to have full on d cups. now i have deflated skin. i honestly doubt any amount of exercise or time is gonna tighten this up. i was 340 at my heaviest so yea not surprising that my bodies deformed. so honestly is this a deal breaker for most girls? the fact that i have flabby saggy chest skin? im so self conscious about it im scared to even go out with girls. they always try to put there hand up my shirt. or ask me to take it off and i get so embarassed. i almost went all the way with this cheerleader at the party but she got mad because i wouldnt take off my sweatshirt. and she started asking me why i wouldnt just take it off in front of the whole party. so embarassed i just went home. idk i kinda feel like no girl will ever want me because no matter how skinny i get ill never have a "mans" body. i'll always look like some kinda deflated freak. sucks but whatever.
AHaze Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Well let's put it this way... it's not exactly attractive. But you're wrong about it being unfixable... You'd have to become HENCH, and I mean seriously... 220 of absolute solid lean muscle, bodybuilder style... Or surgery.
mesmerized Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Can you talk to a plastic surgeon? You don't have to suffer form this forever...There are ways to fix that.
crederer Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Where do you live? If in Canada this may or may not be covered. They don't do "vanity" surgery but if it is detrimental to your self esteem and mental health, they will do it.
Assasda Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Let me give you the REAL If it bothers you, It will bother girls. Thats the only thing you have to worry about. So, dont let it bother you. When you take off your shirt, if they question you, say, I lost a bunch a weight. Self-esteem is pretty big, just accept it
