I dated a co worker for about 3 months. We literally spent 40 hours together a week for about a month. I was hesitant on dating her because of our age difference (7 years and I have never dated a co worker).I literally brought down my walls for this girl Everything was fine and dandy and out of the blue she ended things with me. I have met her family and close friends. So since day 1 after the break up she still contacts me sends me pics of her and I have yet to initiate contact with. When we do talk at times it turns in to work related but not all the times. She starts to question who am I with or what I am doing or what not. I have been dry to her and being vague to her. When I dont pick up her phone calls she texts back with why didnt you return my call or what not. She ended it by saying she wants to be friends but likes me as someone to build a future with. I can not be no contact because we work together. When I told her we would just be work friends she just tried to end the conversation by saying she has to cook or what not. I am just confused on what she really wants. A woman input would be really useful on what she is thinking.

So you "LITERALLY" had to destroy the walls of your house for this girl? Seems like an interesting story there.

Also, nothing ever happens "out of the blue"

I take it that you were smothering her in the relationship, just by you not adding much
