Things have been going well but about a month back, she had major exams coming up and she started talking to me very little. I told her that I felt lonely whenever she did that as it felt as if she have forgotten about me. This made her cry and she apologized to me however, the next day she told me that she couldn't give me the attention I needed and she felt that we were not compatible. I told her that I would try my best to change myself for her as I hated being over needy too. She didn't want to talk about it any further and said that we would talk about it after her exams were done. So fast forward 3 weeks, after her exams were done, she became very distant from me. She wouldn't want to reply my texts or pick up my calls and she didn't want any physical contact with each other when we met. After I poured out my feelings to her when we met after her exams, she simply told me that she didn't have anything to say and since then, she has been ignoring me completely. I don't know if she is wants a silent break up or that she needs time to think through things because since that day, I've asked her a few times if she needs time etc but she didn't say anything at all. It has been 3 weeks and she has not contacted me at all. Do I continue waiting for her to contact me or should I treat it as she wants a silent break up? If she wants a break up, I would just meet her in person and have a mutual break up because I know that dragging this out would just be extremely tiring for both of us. PS: It's her first relationship.
