trying to find a specific post that really me inspired me in the past

Hey I'm trying to find a post I read a few months ago. I found it really motivating then and could really use it again now.

 

In the post a user responds to an op who wrote a poem or something for his ex the user references reading the poem in the mirror I believe. The user goes on a rant about how he almost failed put of law school but slowly did one thing to improve himself each day and now is living an awesome life.

 

I found the whole thing really inspirational and bookmarked it on my old phone which I no longer have. If someone could help me out, it'd be awesome.
