It's called 'live webcam' If the person doesn't have one there certainly there are enough net cafes that do. Nowadays they are so inexpensive to buy, far less than the cost of a dinner date. I have had mostly positive experiences but i did have a negative one where this fellow sent a pic that made him look like a movie star, in real life he looked nothing like his pic. He was grossly overweight too. However, in May of this year i met my soulmate, and i never thought that could happen either!! One can experience both extremes, so i recommend the webcam Good luck!!
