I am have been dating this girl for about 7 months and we have not said I love you yet to each other. Shes had two guys say that they loved her and she has not said it back to them. I was thinking and I don't want to say it and not get anything back. She has told me that I was different and I was her first sexual encounter... Recently we have started college and we are about an hour apart so we see each other on the weekends . Instead of everyday like we use too during summer. I must ad that lately I have thoughts about breaking up because I feel like we have not grown together in our relationship in a while.(Feels kind of awkward saying "I like you" and not I love you in person.) Any advice?

The important thing is to be honest to your feelings and emotions. Not who says what first, or if one of you "loves" the other person more or less than the other. emva07 Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 she'll say it when she's ready. There's no set time frame for that. I was an idiot who waited 3 years to hear it and never got it.....I think I can say that I might've waited a little too long
