I know what he's got going on this weekend . . . do you mean whether he is seeing someone else? I honestly don't think he is (yet), but even if I am dead wrong, what good does it do me to find out? (I don't know why I am so kumbaya tonight . . . try me again tomorrow and I might be planning how to sneak Krazy Glue into his shampoo bottle . . . )

You need to get moving forward and get the courts to tell you how much support money he needs to pay. No. I have not filed. And we are not going to go the court route. I think having a court decide what happens to my kids is the worst possible outcome. Right now we have agreed we will use a mediator and come to our own agreement on parenting and financial matters. Right now he is still living in the house, and nothing has changed financially, so I don't need him to be paying me support. He is not planning to leave and abandon his children - in fact, I think it will be a point of contention because he will want them more than I think is good for them, at least initially.
