marlina345 Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 my ex and i have been broken up for 2 months already and we have joint custody of our son (he would have him every other week) before i left we had already agreed on how much he would give me each month for child support and we had agreed we would have joint custody of our son.(since i moved 3 hrs away) we have been nc for 2 months his mom has been picking up our son. so a couple days ago i go down there to his place to drop off my son i get there and i see him for the first time with the girl he cheated on me with on his drive way. i didn't say anything except talk about my son. and i left i get a call from his mom the next day saying that he might take me to get a court because he wants him for two week straight instead of every other week because its too expensive on gas to go pick him up that often she also said that he told her that "why should he pay me $400 a month if he has him half the time." im so annoyed because how is it that the first time i show up in two month he all of a sudden thinks hes paying me too much child support and wants to take me to court. this is all so frustrating because he doesn.t tell me any of this he uses his mom as a messenger hes the one avoiding me he hasn't talked to me in two months. and im already having trouble because they never drop him off the day it supposed to they always make up excuses to why they cant drop him off that day i feel like i haven't done anything to provoke him i kept my distance i talked to him about the problems ive been having with the arrangements the conversation was open so the other women heard what i had told him and that was it and then i left. i feel like all hes been doing is blindsiding me the whole time why is he all of sudden changing things around and threatening me to go to court? im still on good terms with his family i still spend time with them sometimes when i dropped off my son and his mom still contact me.
