I don't know how to forget him and stop thinking about him. I do want to end it but I don't know how to. Maybe it's because I know he will not talk to me anymore. I asked him once what he would do if I ever leave him and he answered that he would not contact me never again and that I'd be losing him. I think he made me believe it! :s

End it, go NC and move on with your life.

 

The sooner you end it, the sooner you'll stop thinking about him.
