Tantrumboy Posted December 1, 2004 Posted December 1, 2004 hey guys !! well this girl she took me out to dinner saying that she has to interview me for some course work..turned out it wasnt an excuse, she really did have to interview me abt some stuff. Anyway she pays for everything and when she opens her purse...she purposely shows me the fact that my phone number, on a sticky paper is smack dab in the center of her purse. then she dropped me off, we kept talking silly the whole way and that evening we nearly nearly kissed, coz i had moved forward to hug her (< idiot) and she was coming str8 towards my face, then suddenly changed direction, realizing i am stupid. Whatever though...i email her an ecard abt thanksgiving and just to show my gratitude i got her a burrito at work (her fav one!!). well she emails me another e-card with this message... " Hey ____ a belated thank u for my ecard. it put a hop to my step. Thanks too for my lunch today. I will need to be hoping extra later because its so yummy. You are such a good friend so thanks for the interview. I know i will get an A just because i interviewed you. Anyways Thank u" what i dont get is..is she trying to put me back in my place by saying i am just a FRIEND or am i looking too much into it ?..... any insight will be helpful Thanks
