As I Fold His Tiny Pants And Weep: Living With (And Loving) A Man Much Smaller Than Me | xoJane

I dont know how some of you women do it,the horror of having to date a man shorter then you

"As I fold his tiny pants and weep" hahaha

As for the article, she's like more than a head taller than him - that's too much for me! But, to be fair, the huge height different between my neighbours use to freak me out as well. The girl would make it barely to his chest. He was 192 cm tall I think and she was around 150-155 I would say. It just looked a bit a awkward to me. He would have his arm around her neck but I never really saw them holding hands...

I'd suggest not searching out articles like this. They obviously will do no good for your self esteem.

Also, I wouldn't sweat it too much. Any girl that I've met IRL that is hardcore about height usually has some MAJOR emotional baggage. Also, they usually start liking me anyway despite my height (not that I would date them in a million years anyway).

LOL he's not even that small. She is just huge.

The article was just being sarcastic/humorous, at least that's what I took from it.

Plus that chick is HUGE. 5'10 and 190 is a lot of woman, most men aren't that big.

Ouch, veggirl!

I am a 6 foot tall woman. I am friendly and flirty and like sparkly jewelry and ruffles on clothing. It's hard being feminine at this height, but I give it my best shot. I am, at heart, a girly girl though society and onlookers may see me as something else.

I am also emotionally strong, courageous and unapologetically stand my full height with great posture. I have had LTRs with men as much as 4" shorter than me. I certainly don't discriminate, but I do find that it takes a particularly confident man to partner with a taller woman. That alone, is amazingly sexy.

There is no more need to vilify tall women as there is to do so for shorter men.

Amen !!!

Everyone has his/her needs, to me height is very low on the priorities scales, I have dated a lot of taller women than me, I am 5 7 or 5 8 with shoes, but a lot of my friends use high heels so they end up a little bit taller than me, I never give it second thoughts, in fact I find it quite sexy, for them to be taller than me. If a woman is so focused on the height or looks to me is a surefire sign they are shallow, so I pass. With maturity you find what is really important and height is not one of them...

WTF I'm not vilifying tall women. I'm tall myself! And quite feminine. But 5'10 size 18 IS a huge woman! (ftr I am about an inch shorter and nowhere near her size) I had a roommate who was 6ft tall, very feminine and gorgeous! Nothing wrong with being tall, I actually love being tall and wouldn't mind a couple more inches! I don't equate tall with masculine or short with feminine so I'm not sure why you are going on about that. Another close friend of mine is 5'11 and again, very feminine and beautiful.

^That.^

I just think a lot of guys are into tiny women because---oh, never mind, I'll probably get a warning from the admin if I post it.

But, Jeezus... the way some of these guys complain, you'd think Vernon Troyer and Warwick Davis are hogging all the women.
