MissLY Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Ran into a family friend last night who I hadn't seen in years. He's a cutie too, might I add. We exchanged numbers and I reached out to him this morning to say it was good seeing him. He responded with the same thing and added lets hang soon. I don't know if he meant it in a "friendly" way or an "I'm interested in you" kind of way. What would be a good response to this?
snowflakes88 Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 "I'd like that. Just let me know when you're free." ETA: I'd let him take it from there, since you're the one who initiated the contact by texting. 2
ForeverHopeful1 Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 My response to this would be, "I would really like that. How about we hang out Saturday night?" Go in with an open mind and feel out the situation when you see him. Dont put too many expectations on your meet up. It sounds like you're open to getting to know him better so I hope that he feels the same. All he can do is say no and re-neg on his "we should hang out" idea. So feel it out and act cool.
