marlina345 Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 its been a lil over two months since me and my ex bf of 5 years left me for another women he cheated one me with and today curiosity hit me and i went on instagram to see a picture of him and his other women and him writing about how much he adored her and how grateful he is to her about him supporting him through his break up. i think seeing that picture finally made me realize that its finally over he isnt coming back. and i was in denial thinking he would come back to his family

Author marlina345 Posted October 3, 2013 Author Posted October 3, 2013 i mean it still hurts i cried for a while when i saw the picture but i just called up a friend and talk to her about it so it made me feel better being able to vent. i been in no contact for almost 2 months and i have been doing pretty good i don't get tempted to contact him or anything. and he hasn't tried to contact me either (which im really grateful for) and i also moved 2 hours away so i think doing drastic changes have been able to handle the break up a lil better 1

It's all fine feeling hurtful still and cry it out, it will make you feel better. Keep up with your NC and you are gonna do even better.
rossi128 Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 That happened to me too. Seeing a pic of my ex with her new bf, it upset me and I was angry but it also made me let go of any hope of getting back together. Helped me see things more clearly.
Author marlina345 Posted October 3, 2013 Author Posted October 3, 2013 yeah i think seeing that picture hit that spot and finally took away any delusions of him ever coming back
