So they can have the best of both. They get to do what they want but still have you around to validate them when they feel down or whatever.

 

Most dumpees will want to be friends after a breakup, I did but realised it won't do me any good.

 

I used to make my ex feel confident and not insecure about herself, I always said nice things and did nice things. I know for a fact she ain't got that now. I bet she misses it too hence trying to contact me, but tough **** she ain't getting anything out of me

Ex did similar thing. LC stayed connected on Instagram where she'd like various photos I posted. Wanted to hang on to me but on her own terms. So I blocked her and now am totally dark. Don't ant to be a part of my life anymore? Then you can't have any part of it, even virtually. I am now completely dark.

 

And they won't miss you if you're still available.
