My ex and I ended things about three months ago. Long story short she been talking to her ex and I found out. Told me it was just as friends but I know it wasn't. Lately though we have bumped into each other cause we have a lot of mutual friends. Mind you i was just completely hammered and wouldnt allow it if I was sober. Well of the two seperate nights we bumped into each other I have ended up going home with her and we hooked up the first time and the second time I just pretended to pass out. Well I talked to her after the first time and told her this wasn't going to work out this way and we need to stay nc. Well now after staying over again and not doing anything I just want to tell her to lose my number and leave me be. There's a lot I heard about me being said. Also I know that she is still trying to see what happens with her ex. I'm just a booty call and that's it I know this. I'm just over it all. I just don't want to sound repetitive. Just tell her everything here or leave it alone

Johndoes, sounds like an unideal situation, but really isn't unusual in most breakups. Almost all break ups are messy because of the array of emotions involved. The sensible thing to do would be to send her one final SMS saying politely that it's best for the both of you to give each other space for now and not contact each other anymore. Then make it clear that this is the last message you'll send, and that you will not respond to any more texts, emails, calls from her. Lastly - its really important that you keep your word, more for your own sanity than anything else. Once you give into the temptation to respond, or text her, you'll be back at square 1 on the rollercoaster. Only with NC will you begin to truly heal and move on.
