So, my ex just got diagnosed with border-line personality disorder..

A person that idealizes and devalues, mirrors someone in order to cope with reality.

I feel sympathetic yet scared at the same time. Doing some research on it I understand why he acted the way he did. But it also is terrifying knowing I was the victim of his mind game.

I haven't had contact with him at all especially leading up to the weekend that was meant to be our wedding (last weekend) then I get all this info from him.

It's been mentally exhausting for me, I feel as if I have an unconditional love for this man but I do not think I have the energy to keep deciphering his games.

He told you this? Not saying I dont believe it, but just seems like he is trying to relieve guilt from what he did by giving a medical reason.

Either way....not your problem anymore. It became a non-issue to you when he let you go. Keep doing what you're doing.

Whats even worse is that he might actually have it, but is using it as a way to manipulate me.

WHICH IS ANOTHER DAMN GAME! He is so screwed man. Why don't people come with a warning sign.
