Sadaka Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 I met this girl two weeks ago at a party at uni, got her number and we've been texting, almost every day. On friday this weekend i came to her place and we watched a movie and pretty much chatted through the movie instead and we made out and sat there making out, "cuddling", talking for a few hours after the movie ended and when i left she walked up to me and made out some more, safe to say it went great. However, the day after i texted her, all her responses were short, yet still in the same manor as always with lots of smiles and laughs, but no counter-questions. However i knew she was going to some party with her friends so i figured i wasnt going to be annoying and text her all night so i didnt. Today i texted her again, took a really long time to respond and again not really a long text, doesnt seem to chatty with me anymore. I dont get it? The "date" or whatever you wanna call it went great. Maybe i should back off and wait a few days before contacting her again?

She will eventually realize you stopped initiating and if whatever she shared with you is important to her, she will wonder and ask where you are or where you disappeared to. By giving her space, you are showing that you can respect her space and she can take all the time she needs to figure out her thoughts. That'll be good for you. Sure, however, during the two weeks we've been texting before we met up she never initiated contact, but she was always fast to reply with enthusiastic texts, but yeah, i'll let her initiate
crederer Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Ya just chill out a bit. If she's interested she'll send you a flirty text like "hey, havent heard from you in a bit" If she doesn't, it's probably because she's not interested or is straight up playing games so.........

Author Sadaka Posted October 3, 2013 Author Posted October 3, 2013 Alright well, i waited till today(thursday) to contact her and just said it was nice seeing her and that we should do it again sometime. She took like 8 hours to reply so i thought i was being ignored, got a text "ops, i read it earlier but forgot to reply. It was really nice seeing you too! ^^" But, her texts were still not as enthusiastic as before and after a little while she stopped responding(no i didnt spam her). Ah well, we'll see what happens.
