What things do you do to help you cope when a relationship ends?

Exercise, hang out with friends, limit yourself to talking about the person (impossible to do completely), have a few random hookups, focus on work, realize this happens to everyone so it's not like you are the sole person afflicted with a rare disease. Don't expect yourself to move on quickly or else you will be sorely disappointed. These things take a long time to work themselves out. That's why there are tons of forums like these.
