Hey whats up?

Ive just started seeing this guy about a week ago. At first I was kinda lukewarm, but now weve been on a couple of dates and I really like him a lot. He seems quite interested in me, ie. I have a pet name already, I met his coworkers last night, he usually calls me to say goodnight and tells me he is a relationship person who knows what he wants etc. We have already been intimate (sorry, haha I couldnt resist) as late as last night, and all seems very good in that area.

Anyway, I spent today with him and although he was freindly he seemed very tired and a little uninterested, as he was VERY affectionate a week ago but today there was sparse affection and the conversation didnt flow like it should. I left to go home, and sent him a text on the way thanking him for the nice day etc. Later tonight I sent another text saying "Night xx, I already miss you!".

Now Im freaked he thinks I am a psycho. Weve been going out for a week, and I say I MISS HIM. Well I suppose thats what you get for sending texts whilst listening to romanticish music, they sound nice at the time but in retrospective look scary. And this is what troubles me, as he hasnt responded. So its either 3 things;

-He hasnt checked his phone (possible but unlikely)

-I sound like a clingy freak and he wants to distance himself

-He thinks perhaps a response isnt warranted

Was it wrong to text him like that? And what does it mean when he doesnt respond?

I dont think that it is clingy to express your feelings. But if you felt some kind of distance than perhaps your instincts are correct and there is something wrong. Not to fear though he will contact you again and then you may want to bring it up and see what the hell is wrong.

Take it slow. He may feel like he's already 'conquered' you in a sense. Have you heard back from him yet?
