confusedfeelings Posted September 28, 2013 Posted September 28, 2013 Hello, I'm new here and have been doing what I need to in order to move on from my ex. I have been in NC for about two weeks but have found in the past week I have been very off and on angry at my ex throughout the day. One second I'm really angry and the next I'm missing him. I've tried talking it out to people and writing down my thoughts as if I were talking to him and nothing seems to work. I will feel better for about an hour or so then I start to feel angry again. Its getting to the point where I just want to text him or email him what I'm feeling. What do you guys do when you feel angry and how do you cope with it?

Eventually you'll get to the point where you don't hate or "love" them and that's when you'll know you're over them. It may sound cruel but ignoring your ex and focusing on yourself is the best advice anyone on here can give to someone trying to move on. Any, and I mean ANY, contact will only feed your ex's ego; do you really want to do that?

I feel you, I feel the same I'm pretty pissed off, but to be honest I prefer being angry than sad right now. I was sad and cried for a couple of months. I'm glad I'm done with that (I hope?!). Hang in there, it'll get better.
