topgun911111 Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 is it one week befor or one week after a women has her period that your shouldn't have sex with her. if you don't want a kid
Merin Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 The only way to be 100% certain you won't get your girl pregnant.. is to not have sex. I'm worried for you here.. is this the 21 year old woman you're seeing and you're 16... I really hope you're not counting on a pull out method to prevent pregnancy or STD's... Birthcontrol such as the pill is effective in preventing unwanted pregnancy if taken correctly but it is NOT 100% and as far as preventing STD's.. not effective at all. BE CAREFUL!

Sunday Visitor Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 A woman can pregnant anytime she has sex, but odds change depending on her cycle...still I wouldn't want to be leaving the chances of an unplanned pregnany to fate. Your options are a. no sex.... or b. USE BIRTH CONTROL that means condoms for you AND the pill for her.
Author topgun911111 Posted November 29, 2004 Author Posted November 29, 2004 ya but that dosen't ancer the question i allready know about condoms and birthcontrol
dyermaker Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 but that dosen't ancer the question If the goal was "if you don't want a kid", then your question doesn't have an 'ancer'. The one you're looking for is "the week after", but I wouldn't bet on its success. If there's sex, there's a chance of pregnancy, which often results in "a kid", sometimes even more than one.
Sukotto Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 Its secret option number 3, during her period. Though it can be a bit messy
SoleMate Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 Females can become pregnant anytime the egg has a chance to meet up with a sperm in the uterus. To know for sure what time is "safe", you need to know for sure when she ovulates, and the factor in the lifetime of both eggs and sperm in the female body. Determining the exact day and time of ovulation is tricky, and predicting it in advance even more so. Even if her cycle is absolutely regular at 28 days, you will not know when she is going to ovulate until AFTER it has happened. So trying your own "home grown" rhythm hethod is likely to end up in unwanted pregnancy. 21 year old men usually know this, but 16 year old boys apparently are not as up to speed. If you must attempt to time intercourse to prevent pregnancy (and I think even asking this inane question shows clearly that you are not qualified to be unzipping any fertile female's pants), then do it on the first day of her period where she experiences HEAVY, BRIGHT RED bleeding (not just spotting or brownish/pinkish discharge). Conception is relatively unlikely during this time. (You do know about all the variations in vaginal discharge and their indications relative to fertility, right?) When you're done plating your seeds, then head down to the docks or skid row area and see if you can find some junkies or mental patients with a gun who will let you play Russian roulette with them. Sheesh. Kids.
Ms_Sweetness Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 Not to come down hard on you topgun, but these are all things you should know about a woman before having sex. Sex, especially sex in which the two CONSENTING ADULTS involved are trying to prevent pregnancy, should be handled very seriously and with caution. Unplanned pregnancies and STD's are no joke. So please don't take it lightly.

But, sex, in which three or four NONCONSENTING MINORS are involved, isn't as serious. 1
