Queen B Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 I was just thinking that a lot of posts (including some of mine) are all about the negative things that are happening in our relationships so I was wondering.... What are some of the things about your SO that you love the most? I'll start..... my guy and I both love cartoons...so I've finally found someoene to watch saturday morning cartoons with! my guy tells me I'm beautiful whem I'm wearing sweat pants and a ratty ol t-shirt
GirlDown Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 he's smart and sexy at the same time... his hands are both delicate and strong; he can draw the perfect lines of a woman and toss me around like i'm nothing (playfully of course). he's a black belt who holds a baby like a natural. he learned to watch the sopranos for me, and became so addicted he went out and bought the next 3 seasons. we stayed home all that weekend and watched them all. we are now eagerly awaiting the 5th season to come out on dvd! his eyes. he says everything through his eyes. he has this way of looking at me with this slit-eyed-raised-eyebrow kind of thing that just gets me going. thank you for this post. talking about this made me want him to get here so i can eat him.
imjustagirl Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 I love the way I catch him staring at me....not a creepy stare, but one of those "she's the one for me" stares. I also love, how when I'm doing dishes, helping him in the kitchen, or doing laundry, he'll come up behind me and hold me tight and kiss me on the back of my neck.....an almost immediate turn on. Or those crazy days, when I am cooking, he'll run over, turn the stove off, pick me up, throw me over his shoulder and make a v-line for the bedroom.....he says there's something sexy about me in the kitchen, even tho I'm not "allowed" in there that often....we'd never eat otherwise I suppose. When I ask him a question whether he's done such n such for tomorrow......and he'll get this lil smirky look in his eye and immediately go "yeeesss", which totally means no. I also love when we're on a long drive, he'll reach over and put his hand either on mine, or on my leg and just leave it there.....lets me know, even tho we are far away from home, drive like mad....we're still together. Hmm...what else....ooh those dimples in his cheeks when he smiles. Whether he's smiling at me, the cat, or something on tv...I love looking at those dimples (honestly, one of the first things I noticed about him.) Also, when he does the unexpected, I love him the most. A few weeks ago, my period started early and I was cramping & bleeding like a mofo and being a complete bitch to anyone that was within my line of site....he said he was going to the store to get more lettuce, which I knew we didn't need, but when he came back, he had the lettuce, some coca cola, and a stuffed toy....it was a catapiller that said, "you are my best best friend forever and ever and ever" I literally started to cry, which reminded me of the time I had mono and we had first started dating and he brought over some things to do and didn't care whether or not he got sick..... These are just of the few things off the top of my head that I love him so much....thanks Queen B...you've given me the perfect reason to show my man why I love him so much.....and here, I was just going to blame it on the full moon.

I love the way he's such a doting father to our baby girl, playful with her & doesn't care who sees him acting like a big kid... I love the way we have so much fun not even doing anything at all...as long as we're together then it's all good! I love the way he thinks of me & our daughter before himself...he always puts us first I love the way he tries to warm me up when we're outside and it's cold... I love HIM!
GirlDown Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 oh and speaking of period (ew, i know) but i can't believe i forgot this. i woke up in the middle of the night doubling over and in fetal position, i hurt so bad. he offered to go buy me a heating pad and was insisting he go until i asked him to please not leave. so he got back in bed and said okay, rubbed his hands together to make them hot and held them one at a time on my abdomen. because i was in so much pain, i didn't fall in love with him all over again until i the morning...when i woke up and his hand was still there. i love my human heating pad.
imjustagirl Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 Hey Girl....that is soo sweet....my boyfriend so gracesiouly wakes me up in the middle of the night to take more tylenol, which he has in hand along w/ a glass of cold water and to either turn up/down the heating pad...he has even mastered the PMS cravings, which I never used to get until the past couple mths.... No chocolate for me......it's always something really starchy. So we'll have pancakes for breakfast, pasta and popcorn as a mid evening snack.....and those odd occassions when I crave something sweet......he'll run to the store and get me some chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream... Now, only if I could get him to walk in the "girlie" isle with me at the store, all will be great.....I mean geeze, I walk through all that grimy moter oil stuff
