Blastoplast Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 There's this girl I really like -- we went on a few dates and really hit it off well, and have only known each other for a few weeks. Recently she moved back home about an hour away for a new job. Contact has been initiated on both sides, but typically it is by me at about a 70/30 clip let's say, and when we did have contact it was hard to get a hold of her because she was so busy. The day she started her new job she texts me to let me know it went well, and we text back and forth a bit that night and then I decide to call her -- but no response. However, I see that she's on Facebook that night yet (damn technology). I haven't tried contacting her since, nor has she contacted me. It's a little off-putting that she couldn't send a simple text back, but like I said we've really hit it off well and we've both talked about meeting up again for another date via text, and in person. Part of me thinks that she's just getting settled with her new job and perhaps didn't have the energy to put her best face on over the phone. I guess I don't know where I'm going with this, but just looking for advice. I really REALLY like this girl, and while I do have other options, this one seems the most interesting to me right now. I also wouldn't be surprised if she has other options right now too, but like I said she has shown interest in follow up dates. So it will be 3 days since I contacted her on Sunday -- would it be wise to call her or text her again, or should I give her more space to breath and get settled in. ANY advice would be great. *we're both nearing 30 too
HokeyReligions Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Stop playing games. Tell her how you feel and ask her to honestly do the same.
